5. Zakat & Restricted Donations

• Zakat and other restricted funds are handled separately.
• Zakat is distributed only to Shariah-eligible beneficiaries.
• Restricted donations are used strictly as per donor intent.
• Baitulmal does not guarantee immediate disbursement, as verification and ethical checks are required.

6. Volunteer Participation

• Volunteers act in good faith and follow provided guidelines
• Baitulmal may approve, suspend, or remove volunteers if conduct standards are violated
• Volunteers are not employees or legal representatives of Baitulmal

7. Accuracy of Information : While we strive to provide accurate and updated information, cause details are based on verification at the time of listing. Situations may change due to real-world conditions. Baitulmal is not liable for changes beyond its reasonable control.
